Rams’ 43-20 road loss to the Dallas Cowboys by the numbers

The Dallas Cowboys dominated the Los Angeles Rams in the first quarter, 17-3. Both sides of the trenches were mismatched,

but the Rams rallied from a 33-17 disadvantage before quarterback Matthew Stafford left with an injury and was replaced by Brett Rypien.

Backup quarterback Cooper Rush sealed the win in the third quarter for Dallas.

Offensive highlight: Darrell Henderson, the Rams' primary running back alongside Royce Freeman, caught three passes for 54 yards and ran for 31

yards on 12 carries. No matter the Rams' player, the Cowboys' defensive line spent all day in the backfield, stopping passing and rushing.

Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb produced the overpowering performance we've been waiting for, with 12 receptions for 158 yards and two touchdowns

Focus on defense: Rams star interior defensive Aaron Donald had two sacks in a game when the Cowboys averaged 6.1 yards per play without

moving the ball in the fourth quarter. Safety Early on, Jordan Fuller intercepted Dak Prescott, but the Rams never prevailed.

Cowboys cornerback DaRon Bland maintained his stellar 2023 season by catching another interception and scoring. Bland has four interceptions this year
